Our Level 3 Cambridge Technicals in Business qualifications help learners to achieve their potential and progress to the next stage of their lives, whether that’s higher education, an apprenticeship or employment. We have designed a set of resources that’s up to date, engaging, fit for purpose and suitable for the needs for students.

This is classed as a vocational option as the course combines examinations and coursework. The coursework elements allow us to explore businesses more closely and observe impacts and changes actual businesses make. This is different to studying business at A Level as students will look at business theory and assessment is 100% examination.

Cambridge Technical Qualifications are designed for students wishing to study business at Sixth Form but have a more practical approach to their knowledge and understanding.

The qualification we offer is the extended certificate. This means the course is equivalent to one A Level. Students will study 5 units over two years. Three units are coursework and two are external examination.
