The school is delighted with its results again. Nearly 50% of students achieved at least 1A* or A grade, which is twice the national average.

33% of students achieved the English Baccalaureate (Ebac) – which includes the more academic subjects such as modern languages, with a pass rate of 96% A*-C. Students studying triple sciences achieved a 98% pass rate.

In maths Upton again exceeded national averages with almost three quarters of students gaining grades A*-C.

Headteacher Paula Dixon said: “Yet again Upton High School students have done us proud! I am so pleased with these results which prove that with hard work, resilience and determination, you will succeed. Thank you to the staff who have worked so hard to support our students and to our parents and carers for their continuing support.”
