On Thursday 4^th December  a group of very excited Year 9 boys were given the opportunity to watch a spectacular Chemistry demonstration lecture put on by the Royal Society of Chemistry.

The event was held at Bolton Independent School and a lecturer from Manchester University led the audience through a series of whizz bang experiments whilst explaining to us how she had developed a love for the subject.  Many thanks to Ms Kam for organising this trip.
