On Wednesday 12th of February, Mr Warwick, Mrs Risi and Mr Gorman visited Upton Heath Primary School as part of their Science & Health Week. Our teachers carried out a DNA extraction with sixty Year 5 and 6 students.

The activity was in relation to their curriculum work on evolution and fossils. During the sessions they also looked at the ancestry information that fossils can provide us with.
