Street Doctors
Today, year 12 and 13 learners interested in a medical or emergency services pathway took part in an informative and impactful session on how to respond to a bleed injury such as a knife wound.
The session was led by Matthew, an A&E doctor who volunteers with the Street Doctors charity. Learners found the session valuable and engaging.
Miss Welch, Head of PSHE - 'The Street Doctors session was brilliant. Interactive throughout and contained invaluable information on how to stay safe and how to potentially save a life. Matthew's humorous and knowledgeable approach had learners engaged throughout.'
