Upton-by-Chester High School and the Cheshire Sports Club are working together on a campaign to raise £2500 by the 31st July, to purchase two additional defibrillators.
A defibrillator is available within the school building, however no lifesaving equipment is currently available at either the Sports Club, or at Brookhirst. It is proposed that one defibrillator will be positioned behind the reception desk at the Sports Club, and the other will be in a lockable case located external to the building at Brookhirst.
Parents, students, staff and the local community are asked to help towards funding this worthwhile cause, and if everyone who reads this could donate £1, the fund raising target could soon be realized.
Thank you for your kind support to ensure sports club and community users are protected by this very valuable piece of lifesaving equipment.
