We will guide you and your child through the process of preparing for joining our school.

Transition Days- Tuesday 24^th & Wednesday 25^th June, 8.30am until 3.10pm 

Year 6 learners allocated a place at Upton-by-Chester High School invited into school and meet their peers and tutors. Learners will engage in a full timetable of activities and lessons with their new Tutor Group.

Parents to drop off and collect from either of the two school entrances.  Learners to make their way to school independently, if they so wish.

All learners will be provided with a school lunch but can bring a packed lunch if preferred.

Meet the tutor event will run from 6:00pm to 7:30pm on Thursday 26^th June.

X side 6-7pm, Y side 6.30-7.30pm

All families and learners are invited to attend Upton-by-Chester High School to meet their child’s Form Tutor.

This event is designed to allow parents to gain greater understanding of life at Upton-by-Chester High School. It also provides an opportunity to ask questions and familiarise themselves with our expectations and processes.

Summer School - Thursday 26^th & Friday 25^th July 

All learners are invited to attend Summer School activities at Upton-by-Chester High School.  

Days will run from 9am until 2.15pm with parents dropping off and collecting their children from the main entrance or learners making their way to School independently. (Learners bring packed lunches).

The schedule for our Summer school is as follows;

Learners will be welcomed as new Year 7 to Upton-by-Chester High School at 8:35am.
