2009 Specialist Schools Trust Autumn Camp in China
7 students: 4 Year 12 and 3 Year 10 students took part in the 2009 SSAT Summer Camp to China. They visited Beijing and Xi'an in Shanxi province where they had the opportunity to see the famous terracota warriors. This was the second time Upton students visited China. Details of the 2010 Summer Camp will be announced as soon as they are available. This year, we are also going to start developing a partnership with a school in Shanxi province which is now twinned with Cheshire West and Chester so new opportunities will be offered to students in the near future.
