The “My Well-being” Website (http://www.mywell-being.org.uk/) is a resource for Children, Young People, Parents/Carers and Professionals to use as a resource for useful information, advice and pathways for support. It enables young people to access online support and provide contact details for the School Nursing Service in their locality.
The Website supports the work that is already being delivered by School Nursing teams who provide a range of health services to children and young people such as immunisations, health screening, support in school or community settings, drop in services and safeguarding. It also aims to empower you as a young person to make good choices about your health and well-being.
We’re leading the fight for a future where all young minds are supported and empowered, whatever the challenges.
We offer a safe place for you to talk any time you like, in your own way – about whatever’s getting to you.
healthtalk.org provides free, reliable information about health issues, by sharing people's real-life experiences. You can watch people sharing their stories about cancer, autism, motor-neurone disease, pregnancy, drugs, depression and much more.
We won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect.
No Panic is a registered charity which helps people who suffer from Panic Attacks, Phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders and other related anxiety disorders including those people who are trying to give up Tranquillizers.

Time to Change
We are Time to Change, the growing social movement changing how we all think and act about mental health. Still too many people are made to feel ashamed or isolated because they have a mental health problem but we're here to change that. https://www.time-to-change.org.uk/
