My Well-being

The “My Well-being” Website (https://www.cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk/residents/health-and-social-care/adult-social-care/health-and-wellbeing/mental-wellbeing) is a resource for Children, Young People, Parents/Carers and Professionals to use as a resource for useful information, advice and pathways for support. It enables young people to access online support and provide contact details for the School Nursing Service in their locality.

The Website supports the work that is already being delivered by School Nursing teams who provide a range of health services to children and young people such as immunisations, health screening, support in school or community settings, drop in services and safeguarding. It also aims to empower you as a young person to make good choices about your health and well-being.
